Key Responsibilities:Perform material take-offs based on engineering drawings (shells, heads, nozzles, flanges).Execute MRP runs to determine net material requirements considering lead times, wastage, and safety stock.Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions in alignment with production plans.Monitor and track long-lead and imported materials to ensure on-time availability.Coordinate daily with Stores, Production, Quality Control, and Procurement teams.Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.Analyze material consumption trends and recommend improvements.Follow up on open purchase orders and expedite critical materials when required.Ensure data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems.Support continuous improvement initiatives in material planning and inventory management.
