Job Description

Manage daily General Ledger activities including posting, reviewing, and validating accounting transactions.Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and adjusting entries.Prepare accurate financial reports, trial balances, GL schedules, and supporting documentation.Maintain and monitor chart of accounts and ensure proper financial reporting structures.Utilize Autoline ERP or similar ERP systems effectively for General Ledger operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Ensure accounting treatments and financial reporting are aligned with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).Coordinate with sub-ledgers (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory) to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.Support accounting activities related to vehicle sales, aftersales/service operations, and spare parts transactions.Handle inventory accounting, cost allocations, and revenue recognition processes in line with company policies and IFRS.Manage accounting activities related to CKD (Completely Knocked Down) and CBU (Completely Built-Up) transactions.Work closely with sales, service, logistics, and operational departments to ensure proper financial recording of transactions.Ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax requirements, and customs-related financial implications relevant to automotive operations.Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements.Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.Analyze financial variances, identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and recommend corrective actions.Support management reporting by providing clear explanations and analysis of financial movements and business performance.
