Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials, processes, and finished products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to address quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.Prepare detailed quality reports, documentation, and records for internal and external audits.Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for continuous improvement.Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.Train and mentor site staff and subcontractors on quality standards and best practices.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to verify the quality of incoming materials and components.Participate in project meetings to provide input on quality matters and support project delivery timelines.Assist in the development and review of project-specific quality plans and inspection test plans.
