Job description:We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing full quantity take-offs, managing purchase quantities, and reviewing subcontractor invoices — ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare complete quantity take-offs for all project items.• Prepare and verify purchase quantities in coordination with the procurement team.• Review subcontractor and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.• Monitor and analyze consumption and waste rates for each work item.• Support cost control by preparing monthly cost reports and cash flow updates.• Conduct quantity verification and update records according to site progress.• Assist in evaluating variation orders and price comparisons.
