Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interviews, hiring).Handle employees’ personnel files and contracts.Prepare and follow up on onboarding and offboarding processes.Maintain accurate HR records and databases.Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking.Handle employees’ requests and HR-related inquiries.Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.Coordinate with different departments regarding HR matters.
