Job Description

Manage the Service advisors of the service center and make sure they respect company policy and standards (6 steps customer handling principle)Follow up with spare parts for procurement of materials, specially the parts on VOR.Maintains a high level of self-hygiene and uniform appearance for himself and his staff.Ensure job controllers are feeding correct/proper operation number.Apply strictly company policy in terms of customer discount.Ensure that repairs are carried out within promised delivery time and estimated cost.Make sure the reception is always clean and presentable to ensure state of the art customer standardsMonitor closely the vehicles repairing and take necessarily action in case of delay. Coordinate properly with workshop and parts to ensure on time delivery.Make sure the training plan is properly followed by his staffMotivate his team to achieve CSI target, revenue target and upsells targets as defined by management
