Job Description
1. Prepare sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs to achieve the organization's primary objectives.2. Participate in drafting and preparing administrative affairs procedures with the Quality System Management Representative and the Planning Manager.11. Review and audit procedures, forms, records, and instructions related to the quality system for administrative affairs.12. Follow up, preserve, and maintain licensing, commercial, industrial, and tax registration documents, and monitor the validity and validity of these documents.13. Review and audit the final lists of promotions, job placements, and salaries at the end of each year.14. Verify that all administrative instructions are actually followed and impose penalties on violators.15. Review and approve the monthly payroll and salary statements, and work directly with accountants and department heads to prepare the company's budget and monitor expenses.16.
