1. Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory balanceTrack incoming and outgoing goodsConduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full inventory)2. Stock Control & AccuracyMaintain accurate inventory records in systemsInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesEnsure proper labeling and organization of stock3. Receiving & DispatchingVerify deliveries against purchase ordersInspect goods for quality and quantityCoordinate dispatch and shipping processes4. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare inventory reports (stock levels, variances, slow-moving items)Analyze stock trends and demand patternsRecommend reorder levels and stock optimization strategies5. Warehouse CoordinationWork closely with warehouse, procurement, and sales teamsEnsure proper storage conditions and safety standardsSupport efficient warehouse operations6. Compliance & ProceduresFollow company policies and inventory proceduresEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsMaintain proper documentation
