Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach new companies and organizations in need of employee training programs.Communicate with HR Managers and decision-makers within companiesPresent and promote training solutions, including:Business English programs.Employee development programs.Professional skills training.Exam preparation programs.Prepare and deliver professional business proposals.Follow up on leads and close deals.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.KPIs (Performance Indicators)Achieving monthly & quarterly sales targets.Number of meetings and presentations conducted.Number of new contracts signed.Client satisfaction and retention rate.
