Key Responsibilities: ● Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations. ● Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. ● Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments. ● Maintain filing systems (physical and digital). ● Coordinate with different departments and external parties. ● Prepare reports, documents, and presentations. ● Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requests. ● Follow up maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of repairs. ● Supervise cleaning services and ensure workplace cleanliness and hygiene standards. ● Oversee buffet services and ensure proper hospitality arrangements.
