Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Officer to support the growth of CX (Customer Experience) and outsourcing solutions across enterprise and mid-market clients.The role is responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and qualifying potential customers while working closely with the Sales and Presales teams to build a strong and healthy sales pipeline.This position is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably within CX solutions, BPO, outsourcing, or technology services.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients across target industries and marketsGenerate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networkingBuild and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with the company’s ICPLead Qualification:Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and challengesQualify leads using structured frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar)Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Presales teamsPipeline Management:Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systemsTrack outreach performance and conversion metricsSupport sales campaigns and ABM initiatives for strategic accountsMarket & Client Insights:Research CX, BPO, and digital transformation market trendsIdentify new business verticals and partnership opportunitiesProvide feedback to improve sales messaging and strategy
