Hochste Interested Solutions is seeking a proactive IT Help Desk Specialist to provide fast and efficient technical support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, resolving hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for technical assistance over phone, email, or chat (Help Desk & Remote Support).Diagnose and resolve basic Desktop, Printer, and Peripheral issues.Basic Network troubleshooting (connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN).Handle user account management (Office 365, Active Directory).Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
