Key Responsibilities:Review production orders, prepare inks, and supervise execution.Monitor and adjust water and ink systems to ensure consistent print quality.Measure output quality and prepare detailed technical reports.Track raw material consumption, calculate waste ratios, and oversee recycling of returns.Develop and maintain a precise database of ink formulations, consumption records, and archive first-print samples.
