Job Description
The Body & Paint Service Advisor is responsible for receiving customers, inspecting vehicles, identifying body and paint repair requirements, and coordinating between customers and the workshop. The role ensures high customer satisfaction, accurate estimation, and efficient workflow within the body and paint workshop.Key Responsibilities:Receive customers and perform initial inspection of vehicles for body and paint issues.Identify required repairs (body, paint, denting, polishing, etc.) accurately.Open job orders and prepare detailed repair estimates based on vehicle condition.Explain repair scope, costs, and timelines to customers clearly.Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow.Follow up on repair progress and update customers regularly.Ensure quality standards are met before vehicle delivery.Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.Coordinate with insurance companies and follow up approvals when required.Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all job orders.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.Set delivery dates and ensure timely handover of vehicles.
