Job DescriptionManage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.Source candidates through various channels such as:Job boardsSocial media (e.g., LinkedIn)Employee referralsReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
