Job Description
Job Summary: -We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to handle (LCL/Air) import and export shipments, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution of operations. Key Responsibilities: -Handle end-to-end LCL import and export operations Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and co-loaders Follow up on bookings, cargo readiness, and shipment schedules Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, invoices, packing list, etc.) Manage complete operational documentation process, from filecreation in the system through to file closing, including accurate data entry, shipment updates, and issuance of invoices. Track shipments and provide regular updates to customersEnsure compliance with import/export regulations Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently Liaise with internal departments and external service providers, including trucking and operations teams, to ensure efficient and timely shipment handling.
