Job Description

Managing customer accounts and continuously monitoring their needsEntering and updating the menu (products, prices, options)Tracking orders within the system and ensuring their correct transfer between casesMonitoring system performance and identifying any operational problems earlyProviding customer support and resolving technical issues quickly and professionallyTraining cashiers and management on using the systemOnboarding new customers and connecting them to the systemMonitoring system settings (branches, working hours, notifications)Testing any new updates before implementing them for customersEscalating technical issues to the relevant team and following up on their resolutionContributing to improving the user experience and suggesting system improvements
