Job Description
Performance MarketingExecute performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, influencers, and organic social in line with UBMC and Sipes objectives.Coordinate with external agencies to ensure proper campaign execution, budget adherence, and target achievement.Monitor, track, and optimize campaign performance based on data insights and defined KPIs.Work closely with creative, content, and account teams to deliver campaigns aligned with best practices.Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and improvement actions.Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to support campaign optimization.Support improvements in website performance, landing pages, and overall customer journey in collaboration with relevant teams.Loyalty Program ManagementSupport the development and day-to-day management of customer loyalty programs.Analyze customer data to identify trends and support targeted marketing activities.Execute loyalty campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and consistent customer experience.Track loyalty program performance and suggest improvements based on results.Maintain and report on key loyalty KPIs.
