Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy CEO Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the CEO in daily operations, office management, and project coordination across teams.This role combines executive support, office administration, and operational follow-up to ensure smooth business execution and alignment across departments.Key Responsibilities1. Executive SupportManage CEO calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsHandle confidential information with a high level of discretionPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requiredAct as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders2. Office AdministrationOversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflowCoordinate office supplies, vendors, and administrative requirementsSupport HR and administrative processes when neededEnsure proper documentation and filing systems are maintained3. Operations & Project CoordinationFollow up on ongoing projects across departments and teamsTrack deadlines, deliverables, and project progressCoordinate between teams to ensure timely execution of tasksIdentify delays or issues and escalate when necessarySupport implementation of operational improvements4. Communication & ReportingPrepare regular status updates for the CEOConsolidate reports from different teamsEnsure clear communication between management and execution teams
