Smart Eats is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to oversee recruitment, payroll, and personnel administration. This role is critical to ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting our growing team in the food manufacturing and hospitality sector.• Recruitment & Staffing• Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.• Payroll Management• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately.• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, tax regulations, and company policies.• Personnel Administration• Maintain employee records and HR databases.• Handle contracts, attendance, leaves, and social insurance documentation.• Support employee relations and performance management processes.
