Wisehouse Consultancy, a UAE-based professional services firm, is seeking a Senior HR & Personnel Specialist to join its Cairo office.This is a hands-on role for a practical HR and personnel professional who can support the branch during its setup and growth phase. The selected candidate will play a key role in personnel administration, employee documentation, labor-law compliance, onboarding and offboarding, attendance and leave management, disciplinary support, and HR process documentation.The role reports directly to the CEO and is designed for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building practical HR and personnel processes from the ground up. Recruitment support is part of the role mainly from a coordination and follow-up perspective.
