Job Description
Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, and guide the merchandising team, setting daily/weekly tasks and ensuring performance standards.Planogram Implementation: Ensure that products are displayed according to the company’s planogram, guidelines, and contractual agreements.Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels on shelves, ensure proper replenishment, and work to avoid out-of-stock situations.Field Visits & Auditing: Conduct regular field visits to check product displays, cleanliness, and price tag accuracy.Competitor Intelligence: Gather information on competitor activities, prices, and new product launches, reporting findings to management.Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relationships with store managers to secure better display space.Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly performance reports regarding team productivity, stock status, and market findings
