Job Vacancy – MEP Design ManagerA leading Gulf-based engineering consultancy is seeking to hire an experienced MEP Design Manager for its Alexandria branch, to work on major projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role requires a strategic leader with a comprehensive understanding of both design and execution to ensure the highest standards of quality.ResponsibilitiesComprehensive Technical Review: Review and approve designs across all MEP disciplines (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Low Current), and oversee the preparation of specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.Engineering Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary coordination to eliminate clashes and ensure seamless integration during both design and construction phases.Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), GCC regulations, and relevant international standards.Department Management: Plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks effectively to meet project timelines.Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide technical guidance, and conduct regular evaluations to enhance overall team efficiency.
