Key Responsibilities (Technical & Site) Daily Supervision: Monitor on-site finishing works (flooring, painting, ceilings, and cladding).Shop Drawings: Review and prepare detailed architectural shop drawings for execution.Quality Control: Ensure all finishes meet project specifications and approved aesthetic standards.Quantity Surveying: Calculate material quantities (BOQ) and track material consumption.MEP Coordination: Align architectural finishes with electrical and plumbing installations.Material Inspection: Verify that delivered materials match the approved samples.Progress Reporting: Submit daily reports on work completion and site issues.Key Skills Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Essential) and Revit/SketchUp (Preferred).Attention to Detail: Precision in checking alignments, levels, and final touches.Material Knowledge: Understanding of finishing materials (marble, wood, gypsum, etc.) and their installation.Time Management: Meeting deadlines for different finishing phases.Qualifications Degree: B.Sc. in Architecture OnlyExperience: 0–3 years in site finishing works.
