This role is ideal for someone experienced in beauty content creation, social media management, and digital storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media ManagementCreate high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.Develop content calendars, reels, short videos, and campaign ideas.Write engaging captions and scripts aligned with brand tone and audience behavior.Follow and apply beauty, skincare, and haircare trends.Content Strategy & CampaignsBuild and execute content strategies that drive engagement and growth.Lead product launch campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and influencer content direction.Align content with performance marketing and brand goals.Content ProductionManage full production cycle: planning, scripting, shooting, directing, editing.Work with photographers, videographers, and designers.Ensure premium quality content consistent with brand identity.Performance Marketing & OptimizationAnalyze content performance using insights and analytics tools.Optimize content based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.Improve content strategy based on GCC audience behavior.
