This role is responsible for project follow-up, phase-by-phase testing using set checklists, and final delivery to clients, including deployment, based on preset standards. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of UI/UX, web development, website maintenance, and SEO projectsBreak down requirements into clear tasks, priorities, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate internally with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and copywritersFollow up on progress and keep projects moving according to deadlines and scopeEnsure the team clearly understands requirements and expected outputRun testing and quality checks on every project and project phase using specific checklistsReview work before delivery to ensure it meets preset standardsHandle project delivery to clients, including final testing, deployment, and handoverTrack risks, blockers, pending items, and next steps clearlyKeep project management tools and documentation updated accuratelySupport smoother workflows, handoffs, and delivery structure over time
