Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Guest Relations Specialist (Tier 2) to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting UK-based customers with inquiries related to hotel reservations, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.As a Tier 2 representative, you will handle more complex queries, provide detailed support, and act as an escalation point for customer concerns. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our guests. Transportation is provided Medial and Social Insurance is provided Morning Account (shifts starts at 10AM, 11AM and 1PM)Training is paid
