Follow Up on Work Plan Implementation with Stuff.Prepare periodic reports on work accomplishment.Drafting, reviewing, and filing official communications, including emails and letters.Establishing efficient filing systems and maintaining accurate records for easy access.Planning and organizing schedules and sending reminders for key events.Drafting GA and board-level meeting minutes and getting necessary ratifications Assisting in organizing conferences, events, and logistics planning.Gathering and analyzing administrative data to prepare periodic reports.
