Review tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and identify project requirements. Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing for MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing). Coordinate with technical office, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing and proposals. Evaluate suppliers’ and subcontractors’ offers to ensure compliance with tender specifications. Prepare technical and financial proposals for submission. Follow up on tender clarifications, RFIs, and liaise with clients/consultants as required.
