Job Description
Manage the efficient transfer of documents and correspondence between the Egypt office and the UAE head office, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.Organize and maintain a comprehensive filing system (both electronic and paper) for documents exchanged between offices.Prepare, edit, and format official documents, reports, and presentations for management, ensuring adherence to company standards.Coordinate communication between team members in both locations, facilitating meetings and follow-ups as necessary.Track and manage deadlines related to document submissions, ensuring that all timelines are met.Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications related to document transfers.Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel as needed.Foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders in both locations to enhance collaboration and information flow.
