Job Description
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement inventory optimization strategies.Order Processing: Manage the order fulfillment process, including order entry, tracking, and communication with relevant stakeholders.Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Logistics Coordination: Work with logistics providers to ensure the efficient transportation of goods and manage full shipment documents with suppliers and the shipping companyCross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals and warehouse suppliersTracking all shipments until the destinationFollow the stock and make a yearly plan.Create and adjust supply and inventory plans to balance demand and supply while minimizing costs and avoiding stock shortages
