Job Description
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements.Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer and onboarding coordination.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.Build talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.Promote employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and career events.Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to HR leadership.
