Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain Document Control systems across projects. Prepare and standardize SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all departments. Ensure full compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred). Manage document workflows, approvals, and distribution systems. Establish and maintain controlled document registers and databases. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with documentation procedures. Coordinate with QA/QC and Project Control departments. Ensure version control and traceability of all project documents. Support internal and external audits (ISO / Client / Consultant audits). Train staff on document control procedures and quality systems.
