Key Responsibilities:Develop, prepare, and update project schedules (Baseline & Updated Programs) using Primavera P6. Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules. Conduct time and cost variance analysis and propose corrective actions. Direct supervision and management of: Planning Engineer  Cost Engineer Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and performance reports. Develop and monitor project cash flow forecasts. Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Establish and track project KPIs. Coordinate with the Project Manager and all departments to ensure alignment with project plans. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Review interim payment applications and verify progress measurements. Support in preparing contractual claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions when required.
