Job Description
Work on developing a trusted relationship with customers, clients, contractors and consultants to ensure the continuity of the account. Work on understanding the main customers' needs and requirements and ensure its implementation in a manner that does not violate the company's policies. Develop relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their goals on an ongoing basis. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in logistics and cold store projects. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in logistics and cold storage solutions. Ensure that the correct products are delivered to customers at the right time. Coordinate with Technical Office, sales team, Logistics teams, and other department to ensure accurate project execution and timely delivery. Solve customers’ problems professionally to maintain customer confidence. Supervise the accounts in the designated area and send a report to the direct manager while ensuring compliance with the company's policies. Negotiate pricing terms, and contracts to close profitable deals. Develop effective and creative sales strategies for the designated area that help increase the sales volume. Achieve the specific selling objectives of the account in the designated area. Prepare monthly sales reports, analyze them and present them to the direct manager.Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.Any other task assigned by the direct manager or the management.
