Maintain and update the commercial central tracking sheet to ensure accuracy and completeness of all deal data.Assist in preparing commercial offers, quotations, and contracts.Coordinate between sales, finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.Support the Commercial Manager in monitoring budgets, forecasts, and client accounts.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pricing, and proposals.Follow up with customers on pending orders, payments, and documentation.Organize and participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure action items are completed.Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and contract terms.
