Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Documentation: Prepare and review comprehensive shop drawings, including reflected ceiling plans (RCP), flooring layouts, wall finishes, and joinery details.Quantity Surveying: Execute accurate take-offs for finishing materials and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).Site Coordination: Provide technical support to the site team to resolve any architectural discrepancies and ensure implementation matches the approved drawings. Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven track record in Interior Fit-out and Finishing ( 3-7 years). Experience specialized in finishing & fit-out projects.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of AutoCAD & Microsoft office software.Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of finishing materials (marble, wood, glass, fabrics, coatings) and their installation techniques.Precision: Exceptional eye for detail regarding dimensions, tolerances, and luxury finishing standards.
