Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupplier Management: Researching and identifying reliable vendors, evaluating their performance, and maintaining long-term professional relationships.Contract Negotiation: Negotiating favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to optimize organizational budgets.Order Processing: Preparing and issuing purchase orders (POs), tracking delivery status, and resolving any discrepancies or damaged goods upon arrival.Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and forecasting future demand based on market trends.Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring all purchases adhere to company policy and legal regulations while maintaining accurate records and cost analysis
