Position Overview:Under the supervision of the Vice Provost for Student Affairs, the scholarship coordinator carries out the steps for the implementation of the scholarship policy, collect scholarship-related data and liaises with the Registrar, Students’ Accounts, and schools to follow up on scholarship students’ performance and report it to the fund-raising office. Key Responsibilities:Confirm full scholarship announcements.Revise the full scholarship application form.Filter full scholarship applications and communicate the short list to the scholarship committee.Schedule the interviews with the committee.Sort the results; communicate the accepted list to the Registrar.Follow up with admissions about scholarship students’ acceptance.Communicate the final list to Student Accounts.Follow up on the scholarship students’ performance with the Registrar.Communicate the results with the Scholarship Committee and the Fundraising Office.
