Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full administrative and secretarial support to management and internal teamsManage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and professional correspondenceDraft, format, and translate documentsCommunicating with area managers and department heads where follow-up tasks are requiredReporting updates on meetings agendas and action pointsCoordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders and partnersSupport reporting, presentations, and data preparation as requiredSupporting business development plans, analysis and initiativesEnsure office procedures are followed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
