Electromechanical EngineerJob Purpose:Responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and supervising all MEP works across projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Review MEP designs (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting) and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.Review IFC, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.Coordinate between MEP and other disciplines.Supervise contractors on-site and ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence.Monitor progress and resolve technical issues.Review BOQs and support tendering process.Control costs and review variations/change orders.Ensure testing, commissioning, and quality compliance.Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders.
