Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and reporting, while also supporting fast and accurate invoicing, pricing, and project-related financial coordination. The role requires a balance of accounting discipline, operational support, and commercial awareness, ensuring smooth internal financial operations, compliance, and timely financial documentation that supports project execution and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingRecord daily financial transactions (income, expenses, petty cash)Maintain accurate general ledger recordsManage supplier invoices, client invoices, and payment trackingPerform bank and cash reconciliations Invoicing, Pricing & Project SupportPrepare and issue quick, accurate invoices for new and ongoing projectsAssist in pricing items, services, and project components based on cost dataCoordinate with management and project teams to finalize quotationsUpdate and maintain price lists, BOQs, and cost sheetsEnsure invoices are issued promptly to support project approvals and cash flowFinancial ReportingPrepare monthly financial summaries (income, expenses, cash flow)Track project costs versus budgetsProvide real-time financial data to support pricing decisionsAssist in quarterly and annual financial reporting Taxes & CompliancePrepare and follow up on tax filings (VAT, withholding tax, income tax)Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting and tax regulationsCoordinate with external auditors or tax consultants when needed Payroll & Administrative SupportPrepare payroll calculations and deductionsTrack employee expenses and reimbursementsSupport financial documentation for contracts and HR records Controls & OperationsMaintain organized financial records (digital and physical)Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding amountsIdentify cost issues, pricing gaps, or financial risksSupport internal controls and cost-efficiency initiatives
