Job Description
Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing: Lead the end-to-end procurement process for facility management services, equipment, and supplies, identifying and onboarding best-in-class vendors.Vendor Management & Negotiation: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms and contracts, ensuring compliance and optimizing spend.Cost Optimization: Implement innovative strategies to achieve significant cost savings without compromising quality or operational effectiveness.Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with facility management teams to understand their needs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality services for all sites.Contract Administration: Manage and monitor procurement contracts, ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and service level agreements.Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, supplier performance, and new technologies in facility management procurement. Skills:You will leverage your expertise in Facility Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management daily. Advanced skills in Vendor Management, Negotiation, Contract Management, Cost Analysis, and Asset Management will be crucial. Experience with Supplier Relationship Management, Project Coordination, and understanding Technical Specifications and Quality Control
