Job Description
IT Support (Helpdesk) Answer calls, emails, or tickets from users with IT problems.Help with password resets, email issues (Outlook, office365), printer problems, and Wi-Fi connection issues.Install, update, and troubleshoot basic software (Microsoft Office, Teams, Antivirus).Set up new computers, laptops, and mobile phones for employees.Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed. IT Warehouse Management Receive, label, and store all IT equipment (laptops, monitors, cables, keyboards, docking stations, etc.).Maintain a clean and organized IT storage area.Track inventory using a simple spreadsheet or inventory system.Prepare equipment for new hires (imaging computers, loading software, packing accessories).Dispose of old or broken equipment following company policy (data wiping, recycling).Perform regular stock counts and alert IT manager when supplies are low.
