Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.Greet and direct visitors professionally and courteously and coordinate visitor access and security procedures with building management.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, professional, and welcoming.Support internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.Manage their calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal/external meetings.Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.Arrange travel itineraries, transportation, and hotel bookings for executives.
