Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and maintain server, network, and storage infrastructure to support the organization's IT needs.- Oversee the day-to-day administration and monitoring of IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, and documentation for IT systems.- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware to improve IT efficiency and productivity.- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure critical IT systems and data are protected.- Ensure IT systems comply with relevant security standards, regulations, and best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the organization's IT requirements and align IT solutions accordingly.- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
