The Head of Marketing & PR will lead the overall strategy for building and strengthening Alghad TV’s brand, leveraging corporate expertise to implement best-in-class practices within a dynamic media environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing & PR strategy aligned with business objectivesIntroduce and implement corporate best practices within the media environmentLead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platformsOversee integrated marketing campaigns (On-Air, Digital, Social Media, Events)Manage relationships with media outlets and strategic partnersBuild and develop strategic partnerships with regional and local institutionsLead and execute field marketing initiatives for Alghad brand locally and internationallyManage and coordinate media sponsorships for forums and key eventsLead reputation management and handle crisis communications effectivelyMonitor performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvementLead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional teamCollaborate closely with content, news, and production teams to maximize reach and impact
