Job Description
Lead and supervise Technical Office, Procurement, Planning, and Cost Control teams to ensure full project technical and commercial compliance.Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and technical designs to ensure alignment with project specifications and codes.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project schedules in coordination with planning team and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.Support procurement by approving technical specifications, supplier evaluations, and material compliance with project standards.Review project budgets, cost reports, variations, and claims with cost control team to maintain financial efficiency.Ensure accurate documentation, technical reports, project logs, and drawing registers are maintained.Participate in contract reviews, technical negotiations, and value engineering to reduce project cost without affecting quality.Conduct regular technical coordination meetings with site, design, procurement, and planning departments.Ensure all project activities comply with safety standards, engineering specifications, and quality control procedures.Provide technical recommendations and reporting to Project Director and senior management.
