Job Description

Business Development & SalesOwn the full sales cycle in the assigned region: prospecting, qualification, technical presentation, quotation, negotiation, and closingDevelop and maintain a regional sales pipelineIdentify and pursue project opportunities in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and Vision 2030 mega-projectsBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers: electrical consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and government procurement officesConduct regular market visits and client meetings (minimum 3–4 client visits per week)Track and report pipeline activity, forecasts, and competitive intelligence through CRM (Odoo)Technical Sales & Solution DesignUnderstand customer electrical distribution requirements and translate them into TEPCO product solutions (LV PRISMA panels, MV switchgear, substations, services)Prepare and present technical proposals with product specifications, single-line diagrams, and commercial termsCollaborate with the Engineering team (KSA + Egypt CoE) on technical submittals, BOMs, and design clarificationsSupport the quotation process: prepare pricing worksheets, coordinate with the estimating team, and deliver quotes within the 24–48 hour target turnaroundConduct product presentations and technical seminars for consultants and contractorsProvide technical support during project execution to maintain client satisfactionMarket Intelligence & PrescriptionMonitor regional market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and project pipelinesIdentify specification opportunities: work with consultants to include TEPCO/Schneider products in project specificationsProvide regular market reports to the Sales Manager including competitive analysis, pricing benchmarks, and opportunity mappingTrack project announcements, tender notifications, and mega-project timelines in the assigned regionAccount ManagementManage existing client relationships and maximize repeat business and cross-selling opportunitiesEnsure timely collection support by coordinating with Finance on receivables within the assigned accountsHandle customer complaints and after-sales issues by coordinating with the Services teamMaintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in Odoo CRM
