Job Description
Install new devices for various customers.Follow up on maintenance services during the warranty period.Monitor and manage maintenance contracts.Follow up with key accounts on maintenance services.Maintain and enhance good customer relations.Handle customer complaints regarding GT services.Provide a weekly report to the Service and Technical Manager.
